Responsibilities:
Hardware helpdesk support — troubleshooting and configuration Printer and PC in order all to be running well.

PC installation — install and repair PC, install and configure all PC with Global Standard Software local application.
Network and Telephone system — LAN and telephone cable set up and maintenance. PABX setting and billing system maintenance.

Operation Service Assurance

Responsibilities:
