Head of Overseas Business Development

Responsibilities:
He/ She will lead the winning team in Overseas Business Development Directorate with major responsibility as follows:
to lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable overseas business
to develop and maintain effective key agency or distributor relationship
to identify business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions
to manage and motivate Team of Overseas Business Development
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in international business development and/or international marketing is required from fast moving consumer goods industry
At least 5 years of working experience in the senior manager / general manager position
Strong experience in trading and market development
Familiar in penetrating new area and buidling system
Good understanding of financial aspect
Proven revenue generation, and strategy and management experience
Strong leadership capabilities, good negotiation skill, warm personality, and excellent communication skill
Frequent overseas travel is expected
