IT Staff (Contract)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Hardware helpdesk support — troubleshooting and configuration Printer and PC in order all to be running well.
Software helpdesk support — software helpdesk such as Microsoft Office, Windows, globe standard software and local database application.
PC installation — install and repair PC, install and configure all PC with Global Standard Software local application.
Network and Telephone system — LAN and telephone cable set up and maintenance. PABX setting and billing system maintenance.
Email system – maintaining, controlling and monitoring Lotus Notes Database, email system, including directory, access permissions and accounts.
IS inventory — Responsible for IS Asset (Inventory). Report summary desktop and notebook, IS equipments related fixed asset from Finance Department.
Administration and reporting — complete IS SOP and administrations; report all activities monthly.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Science & Technology, Information & Technology or equivalent.
Familiar with PC/ Lap Top, especially for installation & trouble shooting matters (hardware).
