Project Management

Responsibilities:
Melakukan monitoring, review dan menyiapkan laporan progress atas pelaksanaan project terhadap target untuk management
Melakukan identifikasi, analisa dan report kepada Management mengenai critical issues yang berdampak secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap pelaksanaan project
Sebagai facilitator pada meeting koordinasi antara departemen-departemen yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan project
Mewakili Division Head untuk internal meeting's (Jika diperlukan dan atas instruksi Division Head)
memberikan rekomendasi kepada Division Head mengenai action plan untuk memastikan project terlaksana sesuai target
Melakukan review atas budget operasional

Requirements:
Minimum S1 Jurusan Teknik Industri/Project Management atau pendidikan terkait lainnya
Berpengalaman minimal 2 Tahun dalam Project Management
Proficient dalam menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office
Dapat berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan secara efektif
Memiliki kemampuan untuk menganalisa dan kepemimpinan yang baik
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, bekerjasama dalam team, berpikir kritis, berorientasi hasil dan detail
