RMX Business Development Manager
(Jawa Barat – Narogong Plant and Cilacap Plant)
Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
To establish and manage RMX expansion planning and improvement (including Capex preparation) in order to support Company growth as per Company Objective (Vision, Mission, Business Plan).
To manage Batching Plant establishment, starting from design, procurement, construction, commissioning until hand-over to the Production team (project). Monitoring cost and schedule are also important parts of the scope.
To establish and manage New Business Opportunities, such like SpeedCrete, RMX Franchise and any other VAP/VAPS in order to create more added values for the Company.
Requirements:
Education:
S-2 degree with 5 years working experiences
S-1 degree with 10 years working experiences
Tertiary qualification in business management, marketing or engineering and from a recognized institution
Experience:
A working knowledge of the construction industry with a minimum of 5-10 years experience associated with the ready mixed concrete and aggregates operations & sales, or similar
Computer literacy:
Computer Literacy (Office, Lotus Notes, SAP, Etc)
Language:
Good command in English both oral & written
Other qualification / skills:
A good standard of the management skills, communication, responsibility, acceptability, leadership, decision-making, organization, motivation and personnel development
Possess excellent analytical and communication skills, combined with an enthusiastic and well balanced approach to the job
