Customer Service
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Updating customer database
Preparing offering letter, updating price list and vessel schedule
Handling every phonecall from customer in order to booked shipping schedule and price confirmation
Handling customer complaint

Requirements:
Diploma degree from any major with GPA min 2.75
Age between 21-26 years old
Minimal 1 year experience as Customer Service / Marketing / Sales Administration (experience in shipping line would be an advantage)
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Proactive, detail and concern with accuracy
Good analytical and logical thinking
Computer literate
